Except for stays between Christmas (including the week before & after Christmas) & New Year (including the week after) which require payment in full 60 days prior to your arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are to be paid in full upon receipt of confirmation. For stays between May 30 through December 18, the low season (LS) rates apply; while for stays between December 19 through May 29, the high season (HS) rates apply.
