If you’ve ever been to our Tiki Bar you must have tried one of our delicious tropical Belizean Dreams creations… if you haven’t yet you are definitely missing out! Put it on your “to-do” list so you don’t forget.
Our top three requested drinks at the Tiki Bar are the Belizean Sunset, the Mosquito Bite and the Mojito, you can ask for it by its name.

We have decided to share one of our favorite Belizean drink recipes with you, courtesy of our bartenders – Miriam, Charles and Mariano! Be sure to share your pictures and tell us how it came out!
Belizean Sunset Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Coconut Rum
- 1 oz. Crystal Parrot Rum
- 1 oz. Lerskaa Vodka
- 3 oz. Orange Juice
- 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
- A splash of Lime Juice
- A splash of Grenadine
Instructions
Fill a glass with some ice, add the grenadine, vodka, coconut rum, crystal rum, orange juice, and pineapple juice then add a twist of fresh lime juice. Garnish with pineapple spear, cherry and a lime wedge. Enjoy!!
