How to add it & what to know
Select the romance add-on as an “Extra” during online package checkout, or include it in your quote request. You can arrange it with Reservations before arrival or with the Front Desk.
Reservations or the Front Desk will help schedule your breakfast, dinner and massage during your stay. Dinner settings are arranged for each couple. Unused add-on services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Romance works with either choice. Add the optional $400-per-couple romance offering to either main package. Four nights is the package minimum; holiday periods require seven. Choose the weekly tours that fit your travel dates.

Beach & pool time
Use of the beach, pool, kayaks, snorkeling gear and bicycles, plus Wi-Fi.
Your shared airport shuttle
Round-trip shared ground transport between BZE and the resort; the drive is about two hours.
Resort fees & service charge
The main package inclusions cover resort fees and service charge. Your quote confirms the total for your stay.
Plan for separate purchases. International flights, wine and imported liquor, extra tours, additional spa services, golf cart rentals and optional gratuities are separate. The romance add-on includes a mimosa with your one breakfast in bed.

One-bedroom premium suite
A balcony for unhurried mornings.
An upper-floor suite with a canopy king bed, sitting area and kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Its covered balcony is furnished with chairs.
Views & room features
Choose oceanfront for a position on the beach, or an ocean view or garden view category. Each premium suite has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, safe and Wi-Fi. These upper-floor suites are reached by stairs.

Boutique room · no view
A simple base for beach days.
A king room in the Promenade Building with private bathroom, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, air conditioning, TV, safe and Wi-Fi. The beach is about a two-minute walk away.
Location & access
The boutique rooms accommodate two guests and are on the second floor. This building has no elevator. They have windows but are designated no view because of their position away from the beach.
Traveling with another couple or a larger party?
Two-bedroom executive suites offer two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and living/dining space on the lower villa floor. A full three-bedroom villa adds the upper-floor bedroom and balcony.

Beach time, plated meals and somewhere to unwind.
Enjoy Woven Palms Restaurant & Tiki Bar beside the beach, with Caribbean, Belizean and American-inspired dishes. The indoor Promenade Lounge offers another place to relax out of the sun or rain.
Dining preferences & time at the resort
We'll collect info on allergies or dietary needs before arrival so the team can explain what can be accommodated. Meals and a daily bar snack are included in your main package; a private candlelit dinner is part of the purchased romance add-on.
Spend time at the pool, take a kayak out when conditions allow or use a bicycle to explore nearby Hopkins. Additional spa treatments and golf cart rentals are separately priced. Ask the team about the current event schedule during your stay.

Trade a beach day for rainforest trails and a waterfall setting.

This challenging hike requires fitness and agility and is not recommended for guests with knee or back issues. Bring sturdy walking shoes.
Schedule changes & extra outings
The Front Desk finalizes your itinerary at check-in. Weather and conditions can change activities. Tours on another day, additional outings and à la carte substitutions can cost extra.
The standard package can be paired with the separately purchased Eco-Explorer add-on for more nature outings. Include it in your quote request for pricing. Unused or canceled tour portions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Allow time for immigration and customs. The drive is approximately two hours. All shuttle times are Belize local time.
Before & after your stay
Share your flight details early.
We'll collect your international flight itinerary at least 30 days before arrival so the reservation team can coordinate your transfer. For the trip home, the resort recommends an international flight departing BZE after noon.
The 4 p.m. shuttle is the last included arrival transfer. Later-arrival alternatives, private transfers and domestic flights cost extra. Include your flight plans in your quote request.
Minimum stays, payment & cancellation essentials
Stay length and seasons. The package minimum is four nights. Low season runs May 30–December 18 and high season December 19–May 29. Christmas and New Year stays require seven nights.
Payment. A 25% deposit based on rack rate is due at booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival, or 60 days for Christmas and New Year stays. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment.
Cancellations. Send cancellations in writing and obtain the resort’s confirmation. A $200 administration fee applies per room. For regular individual bookings, the remaining deposit is refunded at 100% for cancellation 120+ days out, 75% at 90–119 days and 50% at 31–89 days; there is no refund at 30 days or less. Holiday bookings have an earlier no-refund cutoff of 60 days, with 50% of the remaining deposit refunded at 61–89 days.
Reservations are made by accommodation category, with individual rooms assigned by the resort. Unused romance services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Is this an adults-only resort?

Can we book the romance add-on with either main package?
Yes. Add it to the All Inclusive Package or the Mayan Jungle & Beach Package. It costs $400 per couple in addition to your stay and includes the four celebration touches described above.
Are breakfast in bed and the private dinner offered every day?
The add-on provides breakfast in bed on one morning and a private dinner on one evening. Your main package still includes the regular daily meals during your stay.
Can we plan a honeymoon with plenty of beach time?
Choose the standard All Inclusive Package for one scheduled adventure and more flexible resort days. Choose Mayan Jungle & Beach if you want two to four scheduled tours, depending on your stay length.
Can we arrange a surprise anniversary or honeymoon detail?
Share your idea, dates and preferred accommodation in the quote form. The team will help plan the details and include any extra cost in your proposal.
Does a one-bedroom booking give us a private villa?
No. Rooms and one-bedroom suites are individual accommodations. A two-bedroom executive suite includes the lower-floor kitchen and gathering space; a three-bedroom villa includes both floors.
Is wine included?
Wine and imported liquor are separate purchases under the main package. The sparkling-wine mimosa belongs to the one breakfast supplied by the purchased romance add-on.
What if the booking search shows no availability?
Request a quote with your travel window and preferred room category. Reservations can help check available options and dates.
Does requesting a quote reserve our dates?
The team prepares a personalized proposal for your dates and celebration. Your reservation is confirmed when the required deposit is received.
