Amazing and personalized experience
This resort was amazing for our family of 6. A small boutique resort that felt upscale and personalized. The staff was so kind and helpful, the room and accommodations were clean, well maintained, with very comfortable beds. The poolside atmosphere was relaxed, had plenty of seats, lots of sand games and toys for the kids and a bar that makes amazing drinks. The excursions were well planned and executed. I was impressed with the food - only one restaurant but they had enough variety and it was delicious. Overall, everything was easy, fun and relaxed. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

Plan with your children in mind.

Share your dates, children’s ages and sleeping needs for a personalized family quote.

What are the children’s rate categories?

Children ages 2–12 receive children’s rates, guests 13 and older use adult rates, and children under two stay free. Include each child’s age in your request for an accurate quote.

What stay length and season should we plan for?

The package minimum is four nights; Christmas and New Year stays require seven. Low season runs May 30–December 18, with high season December 19–May 29.

Does one bedroom reserve the whole villa?

No. Rooms and one-bedroom suites are individual accommodations. Choose a two-bedroom executive suite for the lower-floor kitchen and living space, or a three-bedroom villa for both floors.

What if the booking search shows no availability?

Send your dates, party size and bedroom needs in a quote request. Reservations can help check room options and alternative dates.

When is payment due?

A 25% deposit based on rack rate confirms accommodation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival, or 60 days for Christmas and New Year stays. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are payable in full.

For five or more rooms, the non-refundable balance is due 90 days before arrival.

What should we know about cancellation or date changes?

Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by the resort. A US$200 administration fee applies per room. Standard refunds depend on notice: 120+ days, the remaining deposit is refunded; 90–119 days, 75% of that balance; 31–89 days, 50%; 30 days or less, no refund. Holiday and group reservations have earlier no-refund deadlines.

Date changes and canceled tours have separate conditions and can incur charges. Your quote includes the cancellation and rescheduling terms for your stay.

Which costs should we budget for separately?

International airfare, imported liquor, wine, childcare, spa services, extra tours, purchased add-ons, gratuities and alternative transfers are separate (shared ground transfer is included in the packages). Tours outside the weekly schedule and substitutions can carry an upcharge. Your personalized quote brings your family’s selected extras together.
