Good to know

Bring your remaining questions to the team.

How do I choose between the packages?

Choose standard All Inclusive for one scheduled outing and more flexible resort time. Choose Mayan Jungle & Beach for two to four scheduled outings, depending on the number of nights. Both include the same daily base.

Does a longer standard-package stay include more tours?

No. The standard package includes one scheduled tour regardless of stay length. More included tours come with Jungle & Beach; additional à la carte outings cost extra.

Does one bedroom give me the whole villa?

No. A room or one-bedroom suite is an individual accommodation. Choose a two-bedroom executive suite for the lower-floor kitchen and living space, or a three-bedroom villa for both floors.

Can children join the scheduled tours?

Snorkeling requires participants to be aged five or older, while the waterfall hike is physically challenging. Share each child’s age and activity needs so the team can help choose suitable outings.

How can I see the price for my stay?

Use Book Your Stay to select dates, guests, accommodation and package in the resort’s booking search, or request a personalized all inclusive quote.

What if my dates show no availability online?

Send your preferred dates and flexibility in a quote request. Reservations will help you explore room options and alternative dates.

What does sending a quote request do?

The team prepares a personalized proposal for your dates, accommodation and package. Your reservation is confirmed once the required deposit is received.
